Team Alignment & Execution – Coaching and Facilitation for the Year Ahead
Define shared values, work through conflict and turn priorities into clear commitments. Facilitated team coaching that builds a common direction and an execution map with agreed responsibilities.
What do we want to achieve together? How do we want to work? And who will take responsibility for moving things forward?
Teams often have little time to explore these questions properly. Different expectations, unresolved tensions and competing priorities can make collaboration harder, particularly across functions, cultures and reporting lines.
As a team coach and facilitator, I help your team develop a shared direction and translate it into practical agreements. The format supports an annual kickoff, a new project phase or a reset in how your team works together.
What we work on
- Define your shared team values.
Explore what matters to your team and what those values should look like in everyday behavior. Turn them into working agreements for communication, decisions and collaboration.
- Address tensions and work through conflict
Bring different perspectives and expectations into the conversation. Identify recurring patterns, clarify points of disagreement and work toward constructive agreements and next steps.
- Align on priorities and direction
Develop a shared understanding of your most important objectives and the contribution your team needs to make. Identify competing demands, dependencies and decisions that remain open.
- Build your execution map
Translate priorities into a practical plan with actions, owners, milestones and review dates. Make dependencies visible so that commitments reflect what people can realistically deliver.
- Create commitment and accountability
Each team member clarifies their contribution and the support they need. Agree how the team will review progress, raise obstacles and follow through on commitments.
What your team takes away
- Shared team values translated into observable working agreements.
- Clearer expectations and documented next steps on conflict issues.
- A prioritized execution map for the agreed planning period.
- Explicit responsibilities and individual commitments.
- A regular approach to reviewing progress and making adjustments.
Who is it for?
Established or newly formed teams, leadership teams and cross-functional project groups. Particularly useful for annual planning, leadership transitions, reorganizations or recurring collaboration difficulties.
For international teams, we explore intercultural communication and differing expectations about feedback, authority and decision-making. In complex matrix organizations, we also clarify shared responsibilities, cross-functional interfaces and dependencies beyond the team.
Format and languages
Facilitated workshops and ongoing team coaching in English, German or Italian, online or in person by agreement.
The engagement may include one workshop or a series of sessions with a later implementation review. At the outset, we agree objectives, participation, confidentiality and how outcomes will be shared. The scope and depth of conflict work depend on the team’s situation.
Complimentary introductory call
Every engagement begins with an informal, complimentary, no-obligation call. We discuss your team’s situation, objectives and preferred format. I then prepare a tailored proposal with a clearly defined scope and transparent fee.
